Domestic Violence Intervention Project

DVIP is a groundbreaking voluntary sector project and registered charity which was set up in 1991. DVIP's main aim is to increase the safety of women and children who experience domestic violence by providing a range of diverse services challenging men, supporting women, working in partnership, influencing policy and campaigning for change.

Opening times:  Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm.
Who is it for:  Men who have been violent to family members. There is a fast track for men from Westminster, Hammersmith and Fulham, otherwise the waiting list can be up to 3 months. There is an assessment for 2 hrs prior to being offered a place on the project.

Charges:  As part of probation or referral by Social Services, then no charge. Self-referral is means tested. Benefit claimants are free.
How to apply:  Self-referrals or referrals from family courts , probation, social services, police or community groups, Referral by a referral form only.
