Mind and Soul is a non-denominational organisation that focuses on Christianity and mental heath. It aims to do the following things:
Equip: providing high quality resources, including information packs for churches on mental health
Educate: their website contains almost 500 articles on a wide range of mental health topics, combining theology, psychology and medicine
Encourage: sharing testimonies and promoting good mental health via their social media pages
Mind and Soul also run the Premier Life website, which provides a wide range of information about all aspects of life and wellbeing with a Christian focus.
