Mental Health Information Helpline - Mind in Harrow

Our Mental Health Information Helpline provides information on services available for vulnerable residents with enduring mental health needs. Advice and signposting to local services, such as benefits and housing advice, counselling services and health and social care services. We offer a confidential, empathic, and culturally sensitive approach and one-to-one support.

You can ring us if you need talk to someone for some emotional support. We are open from Mon-Fri 9am-5pm although the line may be on voicemail for short periods.

This service is part of the Support & Wellbeing Information Service Harrow (SWiSH), which is a Care Act 2014 service commissioned by Harrow Council.  SWiSH is for anyone in Harrow aged 18 years and over looking for ways to keep safe and well.  It can also respond to enquiries from staff in local organisations.  This service is run by a Harrow Community Action consortium of 5 local charities: Age UK Harrow, HAD, Harrow Carers, Harrow Mencap and Mind in Harrow.
