Mental Wealth Peer Support Group

Mental Wealth Peer Support group is for members of the South Asian Community aged 35-60 to unite, share Stories and change conversations about mental health.

At the group you can; meet other likeminded individuals, provide and receive support in various forms (advice, active listening, reassurance), have healthy discussions around a variety of topics related to wellbeing and gain knowledge and understanding from guest speakers.

Mental Wealth hosts a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to allow you to talk about what’s on your mind as the first step to a more open culture, awareness and knowledge  towards creating a change.

Mental Wealth don’t have all the answers, but they believe mental health is a journey, one that will only move forward once we start talking about how we really feel.

Through this group Mental Wealth aim to contribute to a world where talking about mental health is as normalised as talking.
