The Active Buddies Network is a service that aims to give people living with mild to severe mental health problems the opportunities and support to get more active, socialise and meet new people in safe and supportive environment.
The deliver the following programmes
(1) Healthier Together Club - Gym and Healthy Eating (Group Based)
- Programme description = 2x weekly supervised group gym sessions. 1x weekly healthy eating workshop. Fortnightly social group meet ups also available.
- Programme duration = 12 weeks
- Session duration = 2 hours per session
- Location = Harrow Leisure, Westminster University
(2) Gym Buddies Club - Gym (Group Based)
- Programme description = 2x weekly supervised group gym sessions. Fortnightly social group meet ups also available.
- Programme duration = 12 weeks
- Session duration = 1 hour per session
- Location = Harrow Leisure, Westminster University
(3) Activities Buddy - 121 Gym Support
- Programme description = 1 hour gym session with personal trainer or weekly 121 sport session of clients choosing with sports coach. Fortnightly social group meet ups also available.
- Programme duration = 12 weeks
- Session duration = 1 hour per session

Complete Active Buddies referral form. Self referrals accepted as well as referrals from professionals and support workers.
