Harrow Cove is a service for residents of the borough can go if they are experiencing a mental health crisis.
They offer a safe, inviting, and inclusive space for individuals who are struggling to cope with their mental health and daily life. Their aim on meeting with service users is to support them to reduce their immediate anxiety and crisis.
Harrow cove offer help creating a safety plan developing the service users strengths, skills, resilience and coping mechanisms to continue their journey towards recovery. They also run group sessions for in order to help build confidence and the chance to make new friends.
People who are residents of Harrow Borough and aged 16 years old and above can just turn up, with no appointment necessary.
