Headway - The Brain Injury Association (Northwest London)

Headway's Harrow Support Group meets on the 1st Thursday of each month at 7.30pm. The meetings are held at Wealdstone Baptist Church, Wolseley Road. They operate on a drop-in basis and visitors are welcome, but it is advisable to contact Alex on the details below in advance of a meeting you wish to attend. Headway North West London also offer the LINK, a day service held on Thursdays from 11am - 3pm, at Wealdstone Baptist Church Halls. It provides informal social rehabilitation for adults with an acquired/traumatic brain injury, including people who have had a stroke. They also have a Brent Support Group – their catchment area is Harrow, Brent, Hillingdon, Ealing and Barnet.
 
 
National Headway has a free, nurse-led helpline, which provides information on all aspects of acquired brain injury. You can contact them on 0808 800 2244 or helpline@headway.org.uk.
