Harrow Carers

Harrow Carers is the lead carers support agency in Harrow. They have developed a network of services and support for carers to reduce the burden of care and increase life chances. Their services are offered to anyone who provides support for people in the community who are ill, frail, disabled and disadvantaged in many ways. Harrow Carers aim to improve the Carer’s quality of life through enhanced understanding of mental health difficulties and management, with emphasis upon the importance of the role of Carers.

Harrow Carers offer a number of services catering to carers of people with mental health conditions as well as support the mental health of carers themselves.

- Support groups and drop-in sessions
- Respite
- Training
- Complementary therapies

They also offer services for both young (25 and under) and older (65 and over) carers, as well as Advocacy, Benefit Advice and NOVUS Homeshare.
