Compass Elevation (Harrow)

Compass Harrow provides a specialist drug and alcohol treatment service for children and young people between 5-24 years that progressively promotes recovery towards stable and productive drug-free lives. 

The service provides targeted and specialist support interventions and activities for children and young people who are affected by their own or another person’s substance misuse. They provide a non-judgemental and empathic service to help people live healthier and better lifestyles, substance free. 

They also do services aroud domestic violence, sexual health and mental health. 

The service also accepts referals for people up to the age of 18.

The service seeks always to address the immediate needs of young people while remaining focussed on the long term treatment outcome. Compass staff work hard to motivate and encourage young people to take care journeys that they own and use regular reviews to sustain motivation and involve peer mentors wherever possible to inspire and give hope.
