The Hearing Voices Network offers information, support and understanding to people who hear voices and those who support them. They have over 180 self help groups in the UK (including many in Greater London, though none specifically in Harrow) and give training days to health workers and the general public. They also have an e-mail newsletter, which you can sign up for on their website.
