The Awareness Centre has over 150 practitioners offering different approaches of talking therapies. Some of their counsellors also work with clients via Skype and telephone sessions. They work with individuals, couples, families, children, adolescents and groups. They offer NHS, Free, Low Cost or Private Counselling, as well as a multilingual, LGBT, Child/Adolescent, Anger Management and Bereavement counselling service to support the London community. TAC also offers clinical and creative therapy workshops, complementary therapy courses at TAC and Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous meetings.
The Awareness Centre's philosophy is to offer a relaxing environment so that clients and practitioners can co-create a therapeutic relationship. This space will enable clients to explore issues, thoughts, meaning and develop their self-awareness at their own pace, as well as having the opportunity to experience complementary therapies.
