GN Law represent patients before the First-tier Tribunal (Mental Health) and at Hospital Managers meetings where patients detained under the Mental Health Act 1983 can seek their discharge. They help with complaints handling, human rights issues and other areas often linked to a person’s detention under the Mental Health Act as well as providing representation in County Court proceedings in relation to Nearest Relative displacement applications. GN Law also have an established history of conducting Judicial Review cases in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
