METRO

METRO provides health, community and youth services across London and the South East for anyone experiencing issues around sexuality, gender, equality, diversity or identity. They provide support in the following areas:

Sexual health – they run sexual health clinics across London, distribute condoms and provide information and support

Community – support includes a domestic violence service, support for those who have experienced a hate crime, a fifty-plus group and a prostate cancer support group

Mental health – they provide low-cost counselling, a weekly drop-in session, advice and advocacy

Youth – youth groups, support for trans young people and working with schools and colleges

HIV – support for people living with HIV, including projects for men who are Latin American, Romanian or Polish
