Harrow Council Safeguarding Adults Services

Safeguarding Adults Services are about empowering and protecting an “adult at risk’s” right to live in safety, free from abuse, harm, neglect or exploitation. They aim to prevent and respond to allegations of abuse and neglect.

Adults most at risk of abuse are those who may be unable to protect themselves against abuse, harm or exploitation, speak out for themselves or take care of themselves. Safeguarding Services (led by the adult at risk and their wishes) support the investigation of those allegations and work with the person to achieve the best outcome for them.

You can report any concerns about abuse or neglect via the details below (other relevant phone numbers can be found here). Referrals are accepted from professionals, carers, service users or anyone who has concerns that abuse is, has or may take place.
