Project Stride (part of EACH Counselling) supports adults who have faced mental health issues, domestic violence or substance abuse to get back into employment, find meaningful volunteering work or access education. They offer coaching, workshops, volunteer placements, online training, peer-mentoring and counselling. Project Stride can help you to build your confidence and life skills so you feel more able to take on new opportunities.
