They can help with the big relationship threatening problems as well as the issues that just make things a little less than perfect. Even if things are going well for you, they can help keep things that way.

Relate offer the following services in North West London and Herts:

Family Counselling: If your family is going through a difficult time at the moment you might find it helpful to talk to a counsellor.

Mediation: Mediation offers a safe, confidential environment for you to make arrangements for the future following the end of a relationship.

Workplace Support: Stress and anxiety are common in the workplace; Relate offer a range of services to help organisations and businesses to support their staff.

Relationship Counselling: Whether you're having problems in your relationship or you'd just like to understand your partner better, talking things through with a Relate counsellor can make a real difference.

Sex Therapy: If you're concerned about your sex life or just want to be able to talk more openly with your partner about sex, Sex Therapy can help.

Children and Young People's Counselling: Counselling can help no matter what's on your mind. If it's bullying, your parents splitting up, arguments with friends or you're just feeling a bit low, Relate can help you deal with it.
