Re:Route

Re:Route is a monthly self-help support group for young South Asians aged 18-35 in Harrow who have mental health needs and are looking for peer support.

This support group runs for 2 hours every month and it is an opportunity for people to come and listen to guest speakers, share their own stories and get peer support.

Each month, Re:Route discuss different topics including self help, mental health and asian culture.

This group is a confidential, safe and open space for people to talk, listen and take away information.
