The WISH Centre is a charity supporting young people into recovery from self harm, violence, abuse and neglect. They do this through providing a safe and confidential place with problem focused counselling at their Centre and in schools; text and online support; self harm peer support programmes; advice and help for keeping safe; campaigning and offer innovative & creative workshops for teenagers, and much more. WISH is run by psychotherapists and young people in recovery from self harm who are ex-service users. Every year 90% of young people coming to WISH stop self harming and improve their emotional well- being and personal safety.
Programmes offered:
An award winning peer support group for young people who self harm ages 12-25.
Safe2Speak - a free and confidential counselling and support service for 10-19 year olds. It is for young people who self harm, feel suicidal, or have experienced domestic or sexual violence, abuse or neglect.
The Child SE/Self Harm Schools Clinical Lead supports young people who have experienced CSE or self harm, through providing individual therapy, outreach support, peer support groups.
WISH offer a bespoke self harm advice and training service to individuals, schools and organisations.

Who is it for:
Young people ages 12– 25 who self-harm or have experienced sexual or domestic violence. You can be seen in school or college or at their centre in Harrow
How to apply:
Telephone call and complete referral form. Meet with young person and person making referral. Risk assessment. Trial period in group. They accept all young women regardless of previous diagnoses who are ready for self help and work closely with all agencies.
