Sound Minds is an emerging social enterprise that uses arts to improve the lives of people experiencing mental health problems. For over twenty years, the project has helped people to gain skills, regain confidence, rebuild a social life and resume a place in the wider community.

Some free groups but courses require funding through a personal budget or self funded, with charges starting at £5 an hour.
