WhyFI (I feel isolated) Peer Support Group

WhyFI (I feel Isolated) is a peer support group which aims to endeavour a safe, supportive space where having unusual beliefs, paranoia and hearing voices are accepted and viewed as valid experiences.

The group offers the opportunity for people to meet and openly talk in a peer support setting that is both non-judgemental and explores the meaning and content of individual experiences. It is a space where members can learn from each other, discuss and exchange coping strategies as well as feel heard and understood.

It occurs every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the Month between 12:30PM - 1:30PM in the Spiritual Room at The Bridge.
