NWLLGG is a social group, based in North West London, who welcome all members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community. It was founded by local gay people and continues to be run by and for the local LGBT community. It is not affiliated to any political party or commercial organisation. NWLLGG has been organising a weekly programme of social activities, for old friends and new, for more than 40 years. These activities include quizzes, games nights, bingo, barbecues and many other social events. They also organise presentations, with guest speakers addressing issues that impact the LGBT community. Recent topics have included 'Homophobic Crime' and 'The Civil Partnership Act Explained'.
