ManKind Initiative

ManKind supports all male victims of domestic abuse (and their children) to enable them to escape from the situation they are in. They also work to ensure recognition and support for male victims.

They run a helpline manned by trained team who provide practical information, signposting and emotional support on all aspects of domestic abuse. The helpline receives calls from male victims or concerned friends, family and work colleagues, as well as the police, councils, support services and the legal profession.

ManKind also provide support services and information to professionals, including training, conferences and a directory. Finally, they give a voice to male victims (and their children) through research, government consultations and campaigning.
