Harrow Talking Therapies Service

The Harrow Talking Therapies Service offers evidence-based therapies, which provide choice and early intervention to people affected by anxiety and depression. As part of the service clients are also offered employment-based support if they are in work and struggling or unemployed. The service provides one-to-one and group sessions.

To access the Harrow Talking Therapies service, you can either be referred by your GP or refer yourself. To refer yourself, either call or email via the details below, or fill in the online referral questionnaire.

This service is a partnership between Mind in Harrow, CNWL Foundation NHS Trust and Twining.
