The Harrow Children & Young People's Advocacy Service works with young people aged 7 - 25 years old, who are:
- Looked after children
- Care leavers
- Children in need (including young people with a disability up to 25 years)
- Refugee and asylum seeking children
- Having a Child Protection Conference
- Seeking support to make a complaint about social care services
The service is provided by Harrow Mencap.
