Rethink Mental Illness

Rethink Mental Illness is a charity that believes a better life is possible for millions of people affected by mental illness. They offer over 200 services in England, including over 100 support groups. Their website contains a wealth of information on many aspects of mental illness, with over 100 factsheets that have all achieved the Information Standard for their clarity and simplicity. They also provide an advice and information service that offers practical help on issues such as the Mental Health Act, community care, welfare benefits, debt, criminal justice and carers rights, as well as general help on living with mental illness, medication, care and treatment (details of how to access this are below).
