Phoenix Futures supports individuals, families, and communities through recovery from substance misuse. They provide 138 services across England and Scotland with a focus on the individual, in the following settings:
In the community: trained drug and alcohol workers offer a range of support and guidance depending on your needs and situation. They also offer a range of specialist community services for young people and the over 50s, as well as outreach support in some areas for those who are unable to travel to their community service.
In residentials: drug and alcohol free residential rehabilitation for around 3-6 months. During this time staff help you to address your problematic drug and alcohol use, develop the skills needed for you to live a drug and alcohol free life and help you to find move-on accommodation and provide further support after you leave.
In prisons: Phoenix Futures work within a number of prisons across England, helping offenders to address their substance misuse while in custody through one-to-one and group support. They also offer support for families and loved ones.
In supported housing: drug and alcohol free accommodation for people with substance misuse problems. The housing provides those in recovery with the opportunity to gain independence living in a community with their peers, while still receiving support from drug and alcohol support workers.
