Harrow Churches Housing Association (HCHA)

HCHA is a small and growing housing association serving vulnerable people in the London boroughs of Harrow, Hounslow and Hillingdon. They provide affordable housing and support that gives people a better quality of life, regardless of their race, religion or background. Their services include:

- Housing for vulnerable young people aged 18 to 24 who have been homeless or living in care, or who can no longer live with their families
- Housing for families needing a stable, comfortable home because one or more person in the family has an incurable illness
- Bespoke flats for young people who are wheelchair users
- General needs housing for families
- Sheltered housing for older people, including those who are physically or mentally frail
- Housing for single people over 25 who are currently in bed and breakfast accommodation or are rough sleepers
- Help to adapt your home, e.g. installing grab rails, shower seats, ramps, key safes
- Community activities and services for older people
- Rent plus service for first time home ownership
