Bipolar UK is the national charity dedicated to supporting individuals with the much misunderstood and devastating condition of bipolar, their families and carers. Each year they reach out to and support over 80,000 individuals through their range of services:
Support Line: practical information, advice and support by phone and email, as well as through information on their website. Arranged through chatbox online service and by making appointment to speak to someone or via email.
Support Groups: free to attend groups, open to anyone affected by bipolar, including family, friends and carers (click here for details of the Harrow group)
eCommunity: a supportive online forum for everyone affected by bipolar
Telephone Mentoring: a peer mentoring service that gives you the chance to talk one-on-one with someone else who has experience of living with bipolar
Employment Support: practical support, training and resources for both employers and employees
Youth services (for under 26s): different projects to suit your needs as you move from childhood, to adolescence, to adulthood (including email and telephone support, youth support groups and online support)
