The Stepping Stones Project offers support to users and ex-users of mental health services by allowing you to get involved in a course or leisure activity of your choice. It offers an exciting range of short, low-cost courses and leisure activities, which vary each term. Recruitment for courses happens three times a year corresponding to autumn, spring and summer terms.

English but we have access to interpreters who may accompany users to college courses.

The office does not have wheelchair access (toilets not accessible)
Childcare:
Stepping Stones Project has a small pool of money which may be used for expenses such as childcare costs.
Charges:
£15 for some courses (£5 returned at end of course). Other courses funded by Personal Budget.
How to apply:
Referral from all statutory services, voluntary agencies, including local colleges, plus self-referral and referral from friends or family. To register with the project, telephone or email your interest. A referral form with then be posted out to you with self addressed envelope for return.
