No Panic

No Panic is the National Organisation for Panic, Anxiety Neuroses, Information and Care. It aims to support those suffering from Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and other related Anxiety Disorders, which includes those who are suffering from Tranquilliser Withdrawal problems.

No Panic's services include:

- telephone support via a 12 hour a day helpline
- recovery groups
- one-to-one mentor services
- youth helpline for people aged 13 to 20
