Harrow Recovery Centre is a a fully integrated, recovery-focused service delivered by WDP in partnership with CNWL, Build on Belief (BoB) and AIR Sports in the London Borough of Harrow.
The service is free and open to all Harrow residents aged 18 or over, as well as their families and carers. Any professional, such as housing support worker, social worker or nurse, can make the referral on someone's behalf. You can also visit the service in person or contact them by phone.
You will be able to talk to one of WDP's duty team practitioners who will help you decide which service best meets your needs. The team will then work with you to create a care plan which will be reviewed regularly.
