Arbours Association

Arbours Association provides psychotherapeutic support for individuals with serious emotional problems. It does this by providing low-cost psychotherapy and two residential Therapeutic Communities.

The Psychotherapy Service offers help with a range of emotional problems, including (but not limited to) bereavement, anxiety, depression, marital breakdown, redundancy, abuse, eating disorders, gender, race and sexual issues. It offers individual long or short term psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, couple and family therapy.

The residential Therapeutic Communities allow people in emotional, psychological and social difficulties to live in a supportive therapeutic environment. The houses are situated in quiet residential areas of north London, are comfortably furnished and can accommodate up to eight residents in single rooms with communal rooms shared by everyone.
