Mind is the UK's leading national mental health charity. They provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem, as well as to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. They oversee a network of 140 local Minds (including Mind in Harrow), which provide local services and are run separately. Mind won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.
Mind's website provides a wide range of information on mental health and related issues, as well as the ability to order this information in printed form. You can become a member to stay up to date with their work.
If you can't find the information you need on Mind's website, they also have three helplines:
1) The Blue Light Infoline for emergency service staff, volunteers and their families.
2) The Mind Infoline, which offers callers confidential help for the price of a local call.
