Hestia (Harrow Domestic Abuse Support Service)

Hestia is a London charity that works to support adults and children in crisis. They are the largest provider of domestic abuse refuges in London and have the largest team of specialists working to combat Human Trafficking across the Capital and the South East. They support a range of different people, but in Harrow their work is primarily with survivors of domestic abuse.

Hestia currently provides the following domestic abuse services in Harrow: refuge, floating support, independent domestic violence advisors (IDVA) and MARAC (a meeting where representatives of local services get together to discuss high-risk cases and the best course of action).

Harrow service provides specialist complex needs service, community domestic violence advocates and specialist advisors based in local police stations.
