It's Good To Talk is a service run by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. It allows you to search for a psychotherapist or counsellor in your area, specifying what you need help for as well as other factors such what languages the therapist/counsellor speaks. All of those listed on the directory are fully qualified. There is also general information about therapy and counselling on the website, as well as people's personal stories of how therapy and counselling helped them.
