Farsophone Counselling Service

The Farsophone Counselling Service is designed to offer free counselling and psychotherapy service for Farsi (Persian) speaking individuals and families/couples. Farsi (Persian) speaking consultants, qualified practitioners and advanced trainees provide Counselling and Psychotherapy within BACP/UKCP Ethical Framework for Good Practice and will be supervised by experienced qualified supervisors.

Once a referral has been received, a detailed psychological assessment will be carried out by the Counselling Service Manager. Where appropriate, counselling or psychotherapy will then be offered for a specific period, 12 to 24 sessions subject to review.

The Farsophone Counselling Service is part of the Farsophone Association, which also offers a library, welfare and legal advice, and events for older adults and their friends and families.
