Anxiety UK

Anxiety UK is a national, user-led charity for people living with anxiety or anxiety-based depression. It works to support those living with anxiety, anxiety-based depression and related conditions by providing information, support and understanding via an extensive range of services, including 1:1 therapy. Anxiety UK works regularly with external agencies and healthcare professionals to improve services and also campaign to raise awareness.

Anxiety UK provides a helpline service (phone, text and email) as well as fast access to therapies for its members. Its website also contains a wealth of information on many aspects of anxiety and anxiety-based conditions, including phobias, OCD and PTSD.
