Rethink Harrow Supported Housing is a Seven bed supported housing service with low to medium support level for people with a mental health diagnosis. Tenants pay rent, self-medicate, cook for themselves and work towards moving back into the community.
Tenants develop their independent living skills, enhance their activities in the community and receive one-to-one support in a safe and encouraging environment. Tenants engage with group meetings, activities in the house and the support offered is service user led and tailored to the individual needs of each person.
