Head for Work Project (Mind in Harrow)

Head for Work trains mental health service users to deliver mental health awareness workshops to local employers. It will support you to improve self-confidence, employability skills and employment opportunities. You will be increasing the knowledge and understanding of mental health for employers, thereby reducing mental health stigma, discrimination and exclusion from employment.

The stages of the project

LEARN: Participants can enrol and will be trained to become an accredited Mental Health Awareness Trainer.

TRAIN: Participants may deliver training sessions to a range of organisations in Harrow about Mental Heath Awareness.

ADVANCE: Participants will receive Continuous Personal or Professional Development in the form of ongoing workshops, coaching and mentoring.
