GOLDD Employment Programme

The GOLDD Employment Programme is a service for young people in West London with learning disabilities/difficulties and/or autism, who are not in employment, education or training (NEET). It can help you to develop the skills needed for the work place, and support you into employment.

The GOLDD Employment Programme helps young people through a combination of bespoke workshops and one-to-one support tailored to their individual needs, goals and aspirations. This could include writing CVs, applying for jobs, interview practice, confidence building, teamwork skills and travel training. It aims to support them into paid employment, traineeships, apprenticeships and education. Work placements and voluntary experience can also be arranged. Each participant has the opportunity to work towards an accredited Employability Skills qualification and receive a free certificate on completion.
