Anxiety support group

A user led group providing a safe place to discuss and listen to what people are going through.

The anxiety support group based in North London is not designed as therapy but is very informal and users are welcome to come and go as they wish.

The session is divided in to two halves.

In the first half, people are asked to say their name and what they suffer with. Then everyone is given a chance to have a longer time to discuss in more depth the issues that have been getting to them.

Following a short break some light refreshments are provided and in the second half the group discusses recovery and what they would like to achieve over the coming month.

People can also join a WhatsApp group once they have attended.
