The Philadelphia Association offers an open-minded alternative approach to psychotherapy that is unique in Britain. They provide therapy to individuals, couples and groups, as well as running two therapeutic community houses in London for people in distress who wish to live in a supportive, reflective environment. Their Convivium Project offers individual and group therapy to people suffering from anorexia and bulimia. The Philadelphia Association also runs courses and organises events.
