Hillingdon AIDS Response Trust (HART)

Hillingdon AIDS Response Trust is a community based charity which has been providing services for people in Hillingdon affected by HIV since 1991. They offer many different services in partnership with local statutory Health and Social Care organisations.

In order to benefit from their main services, individuals are required to become members of HART, which requires proof of an HIV diagnosis (services provided to partners, carers or significant others do not require this).

HART's services include:

- Benefits advice
- Hardship funding
- Home visits
- Complementary therapies
- Educational resources
- Peer support
- Women’s groups
- Regular weekly meals
- IT and internet access
- Partnership work with Health and social care
- Access to grant making charities for individuals

- free baby milk to mums without recourse to public funds

- free condoms
