This group is open to anyone affected by bipolar disorder in Harrow and the surrounding areas, including those with the diagnosis, those pre-diagnosis, their family members, friends and carers. Group meetings are friendly, confidential and informal. The group is run by Bipolar UK and volunteer co-facilitators.
The group meets every second Thursday of the month from 7.30pm to 9.30pm at The Bridge, Christchurch Avenue, Harrow, HA3 5BD.
This group is open to 18+ only, if you are aged between 16 and 18 you can attend if accompanied by an adult.
