User Employment Programme - UEP

The User Employment Programme offers a supported employment service – help in applying for jobs within the CNWL NHS Foundation Trust and managing the transition into paid employment. It offers a work experience programme placing service users in a range of short-term, unpaid posts. This helps people to re-train, update old skills, gain confidence and a recent work reference. The UEP also offers continuing support to find paid work.
