National Debtline

The National Debtline is an independent charity, dedicated to providing free debt advice by phone and online to people across the UK. You can call them Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm or Saturday 9.30am to 1pm on 0808 808 4000. You can also chat with an advisor via their website.

The National Debtline's website contains a wide range of advice and information about debt and how to deal with it. You can download factsheets and sample letters and use their online tools to check you are receiving all the income you should, create a budget and deal with both priority and non-priority debts.
